The hopeful illustrator...
Good work. I like your water color washes, and your characters. Very nice feel overall.
your illos are wonderful, cats are funny little creatures aren't they?
I can remember my son sitting under the clothes line waiting for his favorite blanket to dry when he was young. You have caught the essence.
great illustrations, love the cats. They can be so contrary, my cat insists I open the window to let her in even though the door is wide open.
this is so cute. my sons used to hate me washing their teddies, and nagged me all day' is he dry yet?'
Love the cat. Love the water colour works. Love the black and white too..uuuhh.. :)
Very nicely done illustration. Delicate lines, good work!
Excellent! You have a nice whimsical style that is very simple, childlike (in a good way), and accessable. I am confident that you'll see your work in print someday. I'd print it if I owned a publshing company! Keep up the good work. Thanks for leaving the kind comments on my blog. It's very difficult I've found to pull off colored pencil well (I think I did a decent job with that piece.) Often it looks too waxy, like crayon, which to many, looks kind of cheap and unprofessional. I still have a box of Crayolas somewhere though:) Don't be a stanger!
Agreed! Bobo love to bring lizards into my room. Lovely and funny drawings, like them all.
I know kitties think those are presents but Ugghh!! Cute illustrations... all of them!
Nice illustrations. They all have a great soft style to them.
This is cracking me up, so funny! And adorable illustration...your cat sounds like he runs the house (just like our dogs do, ha ha!)
Lovely, Bee, those toys on the clothes line look adorable. And I always like the way you capture cats, the one jumping in the air after the mouse is my favorite. Great pose!
love this illio, bee! great feel and washy tones! :)
That's so funny and it reminds me of my sad times in childhood, when I couldn't await to get back my beloved bunny from the clothes line. great work! I love your style!kristin...
Nice illo. I'm going to add to the cat list: when they HAVE to drink from the bathtub. (But get mad if you turn the water on too high and they get wet...)
wonderful line work, lovely illustration
I'm afraid I could go on and on about my pet peeves! Thanks for the comments! I love your rabbit on the line by his ear! poor thing! And your cats! Our "Rose" leaves treasures for us regularly on the front porch!
I really like your clean, simple style and gentle colour-work - hope a publisher takes notice! I think most moms (and kids) would relate to favourite toy wash-day blues.
I love your style, very cute. Yes, cats.. mine wakes me up at 4am. So I follow him to the kitchen, put food in his bowl, which he ignores, and then wants to be let out the door, rather than just using the cat door and letting me sleep!
This little drawing made me laugh at loud!!!!! Thank you for it.
